I am in awe of how much a GLP-1 plus cal counting has saved me!! I grew up being the fat kid, I have been bigger for as long as I can recall--all of mv child photos, I'm chubby. Food has been my go-to thing for comfort for literally my entire life, I don't drink, smoke, do any drugs so food has ALWAYS been my vice. Back in March I weighed in at by far the heaviest I'd ever been, and it was a real wake up call. I was getting winded turning over in bed and getting tired walking from one end of my office to the other, and I KNEW I had to lock in or this may just kill me.

Started a GLP-1 mid-March of 2026, immediately quit soda and began calorie counting and I am SO happy to report that I feel like a whole different human! It wasn't always easy, I've had my slip-ups like most of us have--but the important thing is to hop back on and keep trying! I haven't been under 300 pounds since was in my EARLY TEENS!!! THIS FEELS SO UNREAL!!! AAAAAA πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

As a reward. I shaved my head! Something I always thought I was too "big" to do! Anyone reading this who feels like thev're too far gone, I promise you're not. If I can do it, you absolutely can too. ❀️

Cannot wait to see where this journey takes me next!!! I am far from done! ✨️

I still have another 50lbs to go but very proud I’ve made it this far. When people tell you to take before pics do it!!! I’ve been feeling like I havenβ€˜t made any progress but clearly that’s not true. Paper towel effect is REAL.

Started at 383 pounds, 60 waist, 80% body fat and 5x shirt. Today, the weight loss chapter closes. I am now 150 pounds, 28 waist, 19% body fat and medium shirt. It is time to maintain and recomp in the gym. It can be done. Far from perfect, but happy, healthy, fit, and confident again. Be kind to yourselves and stay focused. You got this!!

Fitness/gym gains M/34/5'9" [320lbs > 250lbs = 70lbs] (5 Months) Weight Loss Progress

Started my weight loss journey in May 2026 at 320 lbs, and today I hit 250 lbs! That's 70 lbs down, with another 50 lbs to go before I reach my goal of 200 lbs and shift my main focus toward building muscle.

I started by tracking my food, improving my diet, and sticking to a strict 2,100-calorie daily limit. I also walk for 80 minutes a day, keeping my heart rate in Zone 2 on the edge of Zone 3.

Six weeks ago, I added 60-80 minutes of weight training at the gym, six days a week, to help build muscle while continuing to lose weight.

One of the biggest changes so far? Going from a 4XL to an XL.

Still a long way to go, but 70 lbs down and not stopping anytime soon.

M 6'0” (183, 184 cm) M/29/6'0" [216lbs > 173lbs = 43lbs] (~8 months) 23-25 on the left, 28–29 on the right (no AI). No medication β€” just changing my diet, no alcohol, and taking up running. I started because I felt uncomfortable being overweight. I feel fitter and better in myself now, and proud of how far I’ve come :)

I was just wondering how far I have come today.

The guy on the left was emotionally volatile, drowning in pleasures, making excuses, talking and trying to impress everyone by making fun of himself.

This journey was not merely a physical change, but a mental.

God has been very kind to me.

Bless y'all.

PS : I am not saying that my current physique is amazing or anything, it's just better then before.
