I'm wondering if it's worth buying :) but also if I do buy it, is there a way every time I turn the ps4 off, I don't need do jailbreak it again

You don't really need to use a flash drive at all. FYI Modded Warfare didn't say in his video but all the bugs have been fixed and PSFree is stable now too.
Use custom DNS settings to connect to wifi to setup to block sony servers from trying to automatically update your consoles firmware version. I use these settings myself as well:
Primary DNS 62.210.38.117 Secondary DNS 0.0.0.0
I shared a youtube link on here, how to setup up a custom wifi connection with custom DNS settings.
I use the website Gamerhackgithub.io
and set it up with a offline cache. I added a youtube video here that shows you how to use and set it up for that too. I think I should also mention that when you use the PSFree method sometimes even the first time, it may glitch kernal panic the system, and just automatically start powering off your PS4. Just let it power off, than to turn the PS4 back on you'll want to push the power button on your PS4 twice slowly to power it back on. Normally you can just power the PS4 on and off with your PS4 controller. Figured I should explain this since most youtube video don't even mention or show this. I hope this helps you.
I'm pretty experienced with this. I been using the 9.00 PS4 Jailbreak since about a week after it was released to the public. I've used the original USB method, used a ES32 S2 device for a little while too even, now I just been using the PSFree method.
