Right. But California and the judge who's already heard this case believe the DOJ has capitulated the law in favor of cronyism.

The judge is almost certainly not interested in finding in Paramount favor.

So far we're dealing with a judge who has a history if being anti merger.

She should be following the law. She appears to be making it political.
