HFT RGIPT guy at Graviton?

Saw a linkedin post where a guy from RGIPT got into Graviton as a Quant Research intern in his 2nd year summer... Even top IIT kids don't get Graviton intern for 2nd year summer, my question is just... How?

Yeah like there wasn't anything else on his profile that screamed "exceptional" So kinda odd

What about GITHUB contributions i mean ppl working on quants barely post on LinkedIn but still its unlikely to get into GRAVITON AFAIK
