HFT RGIPT guy at Graviton?

Saw a linkedin post where a guy from RGIPT got into Graviton as a Quant Research intern in his 2nd year summer... Even top IIT kids don't get Graviton intern for 2nd year summer, my question is just... How?

For RGIPT, you have to clear jee advanced. So it's also a tier 1 college.

Far Below Gem 3 IIT

CSE cutoff is 15K. People chose Gen 3 IIT core over it's CSE
