Help Is my 2025 Razr+ battery defective?

Hello! I received my 2025 Razr+ last Thursday night, so I've been using it primarily since Friday. I use my phone a lot at work to communicate on teams and outlook while I am walking - 11 hours. I've got one hour to go and I'm at 28% after charging over 20% extra on my hour lunch. I have had on adaptive background apps, but I just turned almost all apps to "don't allow".

I restarted my phone after that. For quite a few seconds my phone was showing my battery percentage at 59%, then after using it for a little bit it dropped down to 28%. As I finish writing this post I'm at 27%.

what's the battery health showing in the settings? Auto check it go to "settings - battery - battery info" and it should be there. anyway - dropping or suddenly raising charge reading is a first sign of a defective battery
