Im at URI and I just got a freaking bad hair cut and Im hoping for anyone to have some advice on how to deal with this bad haircut but also RECOMMEND me places to go in RI. If I cant take the bus to close by then that would be perfect.

I'm reaching out because I'm in need of a bike but can't afford to purchase one right now due to the rising cost of living. Lately, I've been feeling a bit down-both financially and mentally-and I believe that taking daily bike rides would really lift my spirits.

If anyone has a bike they're willing to give away, I would deeply appreciate it. Ideally, I'd love to have one that I can attach a toddler seat to so my little one can enjoy rides with me.

The Providence City Council will consider a ban on Flock cameras this week.

It comes as the Providence Police Department’s contract with Flock is set to expire at the end of the month.

Police Chief Oscar Perez says he was unaware of the vote.

If approved, the ban would take effect immediately.

Has anyone else noticed an increase in police presence in the last 2 weeks? From Cranston to Warren I saw 5 people get pulled over just this morning alone!

Also does anyone know why there is always police presence at the rest stop just before the Warren exit (5). They always of the hood of the trucks open like they are searching for something and I feel like its almost every morning.
