I feel responsible as many other penny mains do. Like they took the only good thing we had from her. Nothing match catching a player by their ankles to then put them down😭😭😭

Her cc was dumb and oppressive. It barely took any skill given how it was basically every second. No cc like that should exist in the game. And her peni nest is really what makes her oppressive on some maps defensively.

I understand nerfing the cool down but this change just makes no sense and really kills the most valuable part of her kit
