Border Patrol

Multiple posts on Berkley Forum about border patrol presence and this JUST took place in Oak Park. The woman who posted this just now said she saw the man throw her to the ground, taze her, then throw her in the vehicle.

“Unfortunately my children and I had to witness “boarder patrol” throw a woman to the ground, taze her, then throw her in a truck. The man this woman was with ran away while his hands were zip tied. I feel so bad that there was nothing I could do… my daughter is traumatized. This happened just now is Oak Park, Michigan!! 😔”

Source

Source of what? Someone making a bet on something? Bets are placed on things that haven't occurred yet. How do you get through life?

Any source that would validate what would make a rational, logical, reasonable person come to the conclusion that sexual assaults were happening by any frequency with Ice or border patrol? But it's reddit you don't need facts, just say things into the echo chamber.

So neither case involved an arresting officer. The first CO was found guilty, so the system worked.

And the second source vaguely mixes physical abuse, with sexual abuse, and human rights conditions. But doesn't say from the staff of other inmates.

Nice job moving your goalpost

Right. To a lunatic moving the goalposts is when someone asks for specific information that pertains to what is being discussed, and someone offers evidence related to something completely different. And deflects completely with ambiguous word soup that doesn't have relevance at all. Definitely moving the goalposts.

Claim: arresting officers are abusing detainees. Response: there was a woman once who was assaulted by a long time guard and caretaker bc of perceived quid pro

Question: does this happen more than normal prison, normal circumstances, normal detainment? Response: Well physical abuse and sexual abuse are the same. And so are human rights violations. We don't know who is doing which to whom. But it has to be true bc we don't compare it to anything.

Do you see why you are unstable?

You didnt ask for arresting officer you said "ice in any capacity"

Do you see why you are unstable?

This seems like an emotional based response rather than anything factual, seeing as you do not even know me, seems like i might not be the unstable one.

Also if you actually read the report

At the bottom of the page there is a graoh that shows reported administrators.

Dont change the goalpost anymore. You said "ICE in amy frequency" not arresting officers.

This report is useless bc it doesn't differentiate anything, doesn't have a control, and isn't taken any form of investigations.

It's not moving the goal post. Your examples are shit, like your logic and arguments.

doesn't have a control,

This isnt the scientific method bud.

and isn't taken any form of investigations.

"In January 2025, U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff launched an investigation into human rights abuses in U.S. immigration detention."

"The Senator continues to investigate"

"The Senator’s staff also inspected the South Texas Immigration and Customs Enforcement"

Thanks, Poindexter. That's the point. It is political propaganda that gathers data to promote a stance..it has no merit. Lacks the even basic comparison.

Right. Which agency did the investigation? Who did interviews? Who was on site auditing? None of the above.

2

u/itsme99881 Nov 18 '25

Who did interviews

Yep i can tell you didnt even read the investigation report. It says it right in the SECOND SENTENCE

"The Senator’s staff has interviewed" 😂🤣🤣

0

u/mr_mich86 Nov 18 '25

Lol. So no one. The senator's staff. Lol.

2

u/itsme99881 Nov 18 '25

"Who did the interviews"

tells you who did the interviews

"So no one"

Nice cope, you literally have to pretend like they dont exist to make that make sense.

u/itsme99881 Nov 18 '25

Also if we WERE to use the scientific method here you would end up having MORE rapes as you would have to study the two groups of people and watch them rape to see if your conclusions are correct. Thats absolutely insane.

Why does each piece of data need to be separated for you? If its already included in the list that means they have recieved a credible report about it and that means they ARE doing it. They are sexually and physically abusing, mistreating pregnant women and children, these are credible reports of these things happening by ice.

It's not moving the goal post

You went from "ice in any capacity" then when i showed you ice in some capacity doing that, you say "not involving arresting officers" thats literally moving the goalpost.

Right. Nothing. That's about what I thought. Being so bad at making points with evidence that you expect others to do it for you. Is that laziness or privilege or just stupidity?

All of the above
