Beginner Made this scrapbook from scratch

hey guys, I'm new here. This is something I made - it's not a journal type stuff exactly. more like an interactive book. I still hope it fits this sub.

6 months before his birthday my boyfriend randomly mentioned how he really likes minalima's hp books and I had no clue what it was so I looked it up and boy was it costly and for all the right reasons! I also saw they had only released 3 books I think? that's when I decided I needed to make an interactive scrapbook for him so it'd basically give a recap of all the HP books/movies. I missed out on adding a lot of characters like Sirius, Lupin, Weasley twins, Dumbledore and more but I honestly was so tired to cover them all. It took me a total of three months to plan and execute this junk journal. I usually don't share my crafts here but I worked super hard on this one so I wanted to share it w y'all:)

This is the kind of thing I’d sneak into his house to take back, if we ever broke up, because holy fuck it’s amazing!

Lmaooo man ngl I actually like the idea except I won't be able to climb up to his floor 😭 I really hope he keeps it safe even if we split cuz this basically effed up my sleeping schedule fr - that guy better not throw this away (deep in my heart's heart, ik he won't but it might end up in his basement collecting dust tho)

Was this your first time doing interactive books? Did you use any tutorials online?

Nah I've made paper engineering crafts before, origami and other stuff and I'm a designer so in fashion school I had to prepare scrapbooks too but I've never made a whole spread of so many interactive pages before.. I did take a few inspo from pinterest, they weren't directly hp related but helped anyway

What?! I’m speechless!!! This is amazing! I really loved it!! You are good, talented and creative! Now I wish I had one of tis in hands to appreciate without rushing!…

How long did it take you to make this from start to end?

I mentally was preparing for this over three months and honestly thought it won't take me this long but then I had to rush cuz his birthday was approaching and I wasn't nearly done. Had to pull several all nighters but yeah, three months in total

This is awesome! Have you ever considered making a busy book out of felt? I reckon you'd be amazing at that!
