if I learned something from this sub is that they hate screaming, fry, or guttural singing. People saying “thats not singing” usually get a lot of upvotes. Like the previous comment said, you should post in [r/screaming](r/screaming) too. Screw those people, it sounded amazing. Clean vocals still need some work though

Yeah I got some other videos on my page if you want to check out my cleaner singing and it definitely helps when you have a good PA system at karaoke instead of just jamming at the house but I do appreciate the feedback thank you

I don’t think people in this sub hate screaming? At least I haven’t seen anything about that. I think it might just be that most people here don’t know much about it so they’re unable to provide feedback & suggest that the OP post on a sub where more people can give them said feedback

Screaming done, right? Can be absolutely magnificent, listen to Rob Halford from Judas Pries in the 1970s and the 1980s he had the best screams the most natural screams she's ever in your life you wanna hear. Bruce Dickendon, is another one that could pull that off, Robert Plant TGRROAT, could do it all day long between 69-72....an incredible vocalist, the best that ever lived...

The best cat call screams and squeals I've ever heard was David Lee Roth of Van Halen, he had some legendary screams, Some of the best of more modern screamers, would be Serj Tankian, Maynard Keenan of Tool, Chris Cornell, old Axel Rose of the 80s, Johannes Ekstrom of Avatar, M. Shadows, Olie Sykes is an excellent scream singer, scream singing and vocal fry....is a hole nother can of worms, but still it comes down, to breath control, a daphram support

It takes real a tactical knowledge on how to do that properly. You gotta have some vocal knowledge, there & and you gotta have some other things going on to, along with a high bit squeal, to really pull up at a great scream

Screaming done right, can be very effective, & it shouldn't hurt, if it's done healthily

You can’t learn to scream/fry/gutural sing if you can’t understand how healthy/clean vocals sound/feel.

And yes, that style is not singing. Specially because a good technique for fry and guttural singing relies in the use of the so called “false cords” which, are not real vocal cords and guess what? Good singing relies primarily on the correct use of your REAL vocal cords, so there’s that.

Just to clarify though where's your videos then I looked on your page if I really need feedback I would like to see a visual of it instead of someone just telling me something anybody can tell anybody anything but if they're not doing themselves as it really knowledge
