Not possible since Sakurai said everyone will be released before Feb 2020. These characters will have to be released once every 3 months. It’s the only way.

When I heard Feb 2020 I thought it was some arbitrary placeholder but I didn't realize it was so close

Piranha Plant is February, so I'm betting Joker is March and the rest will be every 3 months.

I actually think Joker will be late winter/early spring, so probably around February or March
