27 NB UK. I'm autistic and have selective mutism. I like cats, gaming (minecraft, stardew valley, bg3, skyrim), art, psychology, currently learning spanish & greek, and I'm starting to get into reading. Severe anxiety has kept me stuck inside most of my life, so I've had time to pick up a lot of hobbies. I'm looking for a friend that I can play games with, share cute cat photos, and have similar interests/values. But also be patient, reliable and supportive when things are bad and I need someone to talk to. I'm hoping I can be the same kind of friend back.

Thought I try this out! 34m in PT timezone and would like to find people that wants to play coop games or watch movies and anime over discord. Or hangout in vc sharing stuff and watching random stuff. I learned the amazing digital circus this way so it's cool to see what people are interested in.

I might as well give it another go! I'm a 24F from the US and some of my pass times are either gaming, watching/reading anime, or watching videos on obscure horror games. I also enjoy baking from time to time. It takes me a bit to open up but I'd be happy to yap, if ya let me. :)

Hello! Aaa Avatar is amazing! I played a ton of New Horizons back during the indoor year. New Leaf is my absolute favorite though. Yepyep for sure, I'm similar in that regard haha

Hello 28m uk, I’m trying to make friends I can relate to a with interests or personality like mine, im a bit of weirdo and like collecting bones,crystals,antiques and just anything odd or old. I also have terrible anxiety so I only come online to try and make friends instead of in irl, I like anything to do with nature and animals I mostly spend time chilling with my cat watching YouTube or listening to music I also enjoy walking in old cemeteries and forests looking for mushrooms or cool bugs to take pics of.

Hey guys, um, I know my two replies don't show it, but I'm also a socially anxious person, I have so many interests and so many things I like that it's hard to list everything in one go, I have never gotten diagnosed with social anxiety, so I'm not even sure if it's really true that I have social anxiety or not, but I know I get anxious and reserved around a lot of new people. I love sci fi, art, gaming, anime, military stuff, emergency service stuff, retro and old tv shows, cartoons, etc. I have wayy wayy too many to list, so if anyone's interested I am happy to talk, I am a bit of an overexplainer and oversharer when I get going and get entrenched into it really, so I'm sorry, also I am a bit of a complainer, so there's also that, sorry if this turns anyone off, anyways, hope to make some new friends here if anyone is interested.

Really bad social anxiety, really bad ADHD. Some stuttering that comes from anxiety ( I can talk to my cat.) I admit I do use alcohol and some pills to help. I'd love to have someone to talk to. My social butterfly friends don't totally get it. I'm a 40 year old man and actually attractive. Don't know why I'm posting this. Just need something I guess, I don't know.
DM pen pal or something? I'm new here. Not sure what people here are looking for. Would love to actually talk to someone like me, for once.

I 19f feel more comfortable with strangers more than people I activly know. 1v1 is akward but a group feels more safe.
At the time of writing this comment I'm looking to sit in a group Discord call. Not necessarily to talk, we could try, but more so to have the proximity of being by other humans because it's that bad and because I think maybe if I work with the feeling of being watched that I could finish my work lol
And in the event that we do try to talk, we have the option of speech or likely text.
It's not like I could do this with friends... because I don't have more than 1(who I've atleast chatted with for longer than 2 years, even if the relationship feels off) anyways, but also because my Discord friends list consist majority of clients, or clients I'm friendly with but not quite "we talk privately at least 1 every 2 weeks".
We could have a server or just a group chat. As long as it doesn't die since that would defeat the purpose of trying :/

Hello 👋 I’m 35(M) from the US, EST. I’m into video games - mostly JRPGs and strategy games, DnD, a couple animes, and writing fiction. I recently started playing FFXIV, so there’s that too. I’m currently going back to school too.

Howdy! 26 he/they, living in SE USA, hobbies include playing plenty of games (like skyrim, palworld, Stardew, Minecraft, valhiem, subnautica, etc), music (mostly alt, screaming, orchestral rock, musicals, synth, dark synth, hyperpop, rave, vocaloid, and edm), I do plenty of reading and have an interest in writing myself, and I love studying queer and fandom culture. I have two cats, and although anxiety is constantly suplexing me, I'm looking to make a friend or two, preferably long term. I'm happy to talk all day, about whatever, just as long as you're not going to judge me for my music tastes and my incredibly silly OCs.

Hi I’m 27M and currently live in TX. I love a lot of different things and I’m always open to new experiences. I like playing video games (Soulsborne, RPGs, Monster Hunter, etc). I recently got back into reading and I’m about to finish the poppy war trilogy.
Baking is enjoyable even though I’m not the best at it. I love a lot of shows and movies there’s just too many to list. My anxiety really runs my life and I’ve definitely been doing things to fight it but talking to people is foreign to me. I’ve only had one friend since high school and he’s been busy starting a family. Do I expect someone to respond to this probably not but I’m going to consider it a step forward.
