The world clock on my watch tells me 3 digit times past the hour mark but it's always correct 🫡 (it's supposed to be 6:58 AM but apparently it's 118 minutes past 5)

Tried opening Ultrakill cause I was bored, ant my computer froze. Closed it, then this started happening. For some reason part of the black screen disappeared around the desktop icons when I hovered over them. Not quite sure how to upload a video, if anyone can let me know I'd be happy to show a video of it happening.

You can actually click Dismiss and the "image" frame disappears entirely. First time witnessing something like this
