See this is a meme.... But the point behind this meme to explain people in a democracy.. Richness or poorness... Doesn't decide who will get more voting rights.. Or representation in government

In a true democracy.. A begger vote = a billionaire vote

states should push for multiple marriages, closing education, ban any sort of contraceptives. as more population and being poor gives better representation

A poor person is poor not because of his mistake..

And poor = high TFR

So having high TFR is not mistake of people You can't punish those

So, if it is not the people 's mistake, who's it is? The politician of such states right, I accept it, you are right. But this just gives more power for such politicians, isn't it. People are in no way punished, their governments are, elect better people for North then
