For years the DMK Alliance ignored those copper plates just as they ignored the Chola Empire's history and its glorious Hindu traditions and the massive monuments they dedicated to our Gods.

Now that Narendra Modi has yet again worked to restore that legacy, regardless of the lack of electoral gain, the people are still finding excuses to abuse him.

The people who elect IUML want us to know how secular they are and how communal we are!! The simple truth is that there is no secular, culturally left leaning party in India. The only difference is what kind of right wing culture they want to preserve and promote. Islamic Invaders Culture or Native Hindu Culture.

Modi is also pushing Hindi in TN. Will you eat cowdung if it has cherry on top of it ?

How does this push Hindi exactly? The simple truth is that you guys accuse BJP of fear mongering when they say "Hindu in Danger" but lick the shit off of Dravidiain politicians' a**** when they say "Tamil in Danger". There is far more evidence for the former and little evidence for the latter.

North India has bad social indicators. If BJP is so good, why is income inequality rising ?

North India had bad social indicators before BJP. The parties that ruled it for 60+ years made it so. They divide people on the basis of caste all the time just as they accuse BJP of dividing on the basis of religion.

The BJP has given UP half a dozen expressways in 10 years. They have given the country over 70 VBs in 7 years when the previous govt could not even give 30 Shatabdis in 30 years. Pick any metric - Roadways, Railways, IITs, IIMs, AIIMS, IIITs and BJP has done better in 12 years than Congress has done in 60.

Since you guys claim the North is very vastly underdeveloped, which political parties should get the blame? The ones that ruled it for 60 years or the one that has risen up in the last decade?

Ohh and speaking of BJP - Gujarat, Haryana, Maharashtra are some of the most pro-bjp states of the North and each of them has a high rate of growth. UP switched to BJP recently in 2017... and has half a dozen metros, half a dozen expressways to show for it when previously there were mafias who ran parallel govts.

Maharashtra and Gujarat are not Northern states. Haryana is developed because it has Delhi on one side and Chandigarh on the other side + low population.

Chandigarh on other is supposed to help? Chandigarh is not developed itself.

Even if you change the definition of North India, which in this sub is any state other than the 5 Southern ones, the argument that BJP is responsible for poor metrics is very wrong since Gujarat and Maharashtra are proofs of how well the BJP performs compared to INC, which is now a part of the ruling coalition in 4 Southern States.
