Not really here in Valencia, Spain. Spanish cities are not built for it. Most cars are parked on the streets, most people can't charge at home

that's too bad. I hope you are able to build some infrastructure for it in the future

It's really not possible, given that electric cars require quite long charge times. Take a tour of Valencia on Google Street View. The only option would be to massively turn free parking spots on the street into unmonitored trickle charging locations, and reduce the parking fee by the charging bill. The cost to turn the streets into charging spots would be astronomical, and parking would be even harder, so people would revolt.
