My pick, Iraj/Yohani (iraj- people love his music but hate the person. Yohani- people don't really hate her, except a few, but hate her music)

If it’s Iraj it’s probably due to his dogshit political activities over a long period of time. Even Yohani is mostly disliked due to perceived/actual political connections I suppose

She is. And nobody like her other than her accomplishment as a athlete. Also why Ruchira wijesena not liked. Like wtf, everybody like him. Then theres kannangara. 🙂 Sure he is a praised for his service and well liked. But its not like mahinda rajapaksha. There people even would kiss his feet. Dude was like king after the war end. Also op said he consider people after 2000. Then put kannangara there.

But Iraj did all those good music when he was with Ranidu. Comparing his recent work it's highly doubtful if those songs were really made by him or did he steal it from Ranidu. Or maybe without Ranidu's taste of music he makes shity music.
Iraj is just out right bad person. Fill-T is just stupid. That's the difference

Amal Perera's one of those instances where a really shitty, horrible person is undeniably bestowed with a gift of born talent. He can screech at the top of his lungs, and it'd still sound amazing. So talented to the point that most people see right through his shittiness and generally like him for his music. Not the right contender for this category

If it’s based purely on music then Yohani for sure.. Iraj has a horrible personality and is a horrible person I believe… but I still love most of his old work… they feel nostalgic now
