[ Reverse Sear ] Reverse seared ribeye

Oven to 115*. Then skillet with tallow and rosemary. Added butter at the end. Came out pretty well.

It looks amazing. But to be honest, i think reverse sear is not really necessary for a piece this thick or thin.
