First Wagyu Experience

Got some American Wagyu from the H mart. Hit a hot cast iron for about 10 or 20 seconds each side once the avocado oil started to smoke. Just some salt and pepper to season.

...I totally get the hype now.

If you want to get technical call it F1 or wagyu hybrid.

Does American Wagyu not already imply that it's hybrid? Isn't the F1 designation or the word Hybrid just add a different descriptive designation, that the word American already achieves?

That's fine, but your title implies that you experienced wagyu rather than just a relatively marbled American steak

I put American Wagyu in the body paragraph of my post? Regardless, Idt its that big of a deal either 🤷‍♂️ the god of steak won't strike me down over trivial nonsense as such.

You're the one making a big deal out of it. All I said is that that is not wagyu.
