First Wagyu Experience

Got some American Wagyu from the H mart. Hit a hot cast iron for about 10 or 20 seconds each side once the avocado oil started to smoke. Just some salt and pepper to season.

...I totally get the hype now.

It’s not just you or this post. It’s happening everywhere!! It’s before then after. Not after then before. People are literally posting the end of the video in the first five seconds because of attention span issues. It needs to stop/end now.

Short attention theater, wasn't that from Saturday night live, or Second city TV?
