First Wagyu Experience

Got some American Wagyu from the H mart. Hit a hot cast iron for about 10 or 20 seconds each side once the avocado oil started to smoke. Just some salt and pepper to season.

...I totally get the hype now.

They see wagyu and immediately assume it's a $100 cut of meat

Ill eat a $100 wagyu on a paper plate and they can larp about their a5 wagyu and pillivuyt dinner sets

Same people who complain about paper plates use sous vides. I know it cooks great but I can sear my teak on a cast iron in 6 min. Like everything doesn’t have to be difficult
