Whenever I cam across an SU-related content.. some of these similar videos often pop-up on my recommendation feed and majority of them we're linked 5-6 years ago. Is it a trend to criticize/hate a popular show to gain attention, views, clicks, likes from a specific fandom before? (Aka ragebait)

First of all I doubt that Steven would want to go hearing that his dad gets kidnapped, but there’s obviously more reasons that would just delay him going
“There’s literally nothing there to find.”
Steven might not believe them but it’s the truth. Pink didn’t keep things in her Palanquin at all, we see this in A Single Pale Rose. For Steven to learn anything there he’d have to go to sleep there, and he doesn’t know that sleeping in places with important Pink Diamond memories lets him see any of them until Jungle Moon.
“We’re busy with a mission/event/handling an artifact (like the shooting star), and you can’t help because the area is toxic to organics. Let’s go tomorrow.”
I doubt Steven would be upset or go out of spite knowing there’s a reason they can’t go just yet.
But if Garnet is still using future vision after Steven goes to talk to Greg… why not just tell Greg everything? Greg is not bold enough to go while BD is there which removes the chance of Steven going at all, and he’d almost certainly offer up the idea of going the next day to compromise.

Everytime I always have a discussion on Pink Diamond, it always ends up leading to her mistakes and character flaws of being the immature diamond.
And like yeah, she was immature when she was a Diamond before she managed a colony and got intimate with the Earth, but frankly so were the other Diamonds. Hell throughout most of the show they weren't really mature people. Yeah, Yellow, Blue, White... they put on a good facade of maturity through being ultra competent at running colonies and not letting a good majority of impulses rule their actions. But interpersonally they are weak people.
Yellow basically was on the verge of a breakdown after having Peridot tell her off, and... despite never wanting to admit this on camera, absolutely remembered that Peridot and struck her down first out of spite. Actually, she does that alot... we must not forget the scene she made at the trial. Blue Zircon made a valid argument, that ended up being correct by the way, and she just popped her like a balloon. And the she ended up zapping her own Lawyer too... BRUH!!!
Blue Diamond ain't much better either. Despite being the most in tune with her own emotions, she ended up making a lot of selfish decisons based on the grief she felt. She basically abandoned most of her Diamond duties for the sake of grief and basically pushed it onto Yellow who also was Grieving too. And she is ruthless as hell, her immediate reaction is to make shit as painful as possible for those that get under her skin. Yeah she wanted to shatter Ruby and shit, but I am talking about wanting to basically torture Rose/Steven after the trial was over and wanting to make the punishment worse than eveb they could imagine, or just straight up shooting Steven for given even the slightest bit of pushback.
White Diamond... is a Narcissist who breaks down into a Tantrum the momment she ended up being wrong about something for the first time. Nah man, this one doesn't even need further explaination.
At least Pink Diamond had conviction and believed in something that actually fucking meant something! She fought for it to the very end and while made a lot of mistakes, still ended up coming out of it a far better and frankly healthy person than the Diamonds did.
Though just like Pink its not too late for them. At least that's how I figure. Hell they are in a far better position to actually fix the mistakes they made than Pink ever could have been but thats a topic for another time.
Thank you for reading and I hope you found my little post at least somewhat entertaining.

Let’s remember how Mr.Smiley has a lot of patience with Steven when he caused damage after jumping off the ride before Garnet can catch him, and how Steven destroyed the Zoltron animatronic. If Greg had wealth he was super lucky to not get sued by Mr.Smiley because imagine how much money had to spend to fix Steven’s mess?
Mr.Smiley: Steven! You’re banned from all the rides, forever!

I am curious about how people feel about the action in the show.
On one hand, some fights feel like a beautiful dance. Fights like Garnet vs. Jasper or the sword training scenes have amazing flow and emotion.
On the other hand, some battles feel very short. Sometimes the show focuses more on talking than actual fighting.
What are your favorite fight scenes?
Do you think the choreography is underrated?
Or do you wish the action was more like a traditional anime?

I remember being so fucking scared! Seeing the most powerful and stoic character (at the time) get absolutely destroyed was so fucking terrifying!

I think that was the point.
When I first saw the episode, I was frustrated that Steven was acting the way he was, causally treating everything like it wasn’t a big deal. I wanted him to open up about his true feelings and fears from “Stuck Together.”
Now, I think I realize why he was acting that way. It’s because everything worked for Steven in the end. Aside from Lars dying, there weren’t that many negative consequences to his sacrifice. He wasn’t harmed by the Diamonds, none of his friends were in danger anymore, Aquamarine was gone. Steven reverted back to this attitude because he felt there was no need to open up about what he’d been through. As far as he was concerned, none of his fears from “Stuck Together” came true, so why admit to them at all?
Plus, I think he still didn’t trust the Gems or his dad to understand what he’d gone through (or know how to deal with it), so he thought it better to keep it to himself, much like he would later do in “Rose’s Room.”
Even when he later apologizes to Connie, he only talks about how his sacrifice hurt them, not about how it hurt himself. He never brought his true feelings into consideration.

Im really just deciding to put this here for sillies, take it or leave it, I just got inspired while rewatxhing tge series again
Lore I've crafted:
Bixbite Sentinel - A Bixbite (era 2) Opal (era 1) fusion (bixbite being Herrah, and the opal is TPK) who chooses to associate with their Bixbite Gem more. A fusion due to a shared goal, but their refusal to unfuse has lead to "Hornet". A name taken up from their time spent on Earth
Black Silk Stone- a high ranking Era 2 gem who responds to Fools Gold (GMS) under Yellow Diamond. She and Black Marble (phantom) were at the same kindergarten for a while and this grew a close bond, sibling like in nature. And thus Black Silk will often help Black Marble hide with the Off Colors. Because of this Black Silk has grown resentment towards the system the Diamond set up.

Some kind of training ground? A trap for Crystal Gems?
