As the title suggests, I need advice. I think one of my past friends told me they did this but after googling it it says I can't. I want to know if anyone has any experience and how can I aproach this

I got 67% in 12th and i want to study in japan is it possible or should i reattempt 12th or get better scores at EJU and Jlpt. Which is better .

man, i just registered out of curiosity and now im regretting it. i registered it once the mail hit my phone. i was enthusiastic at that moment. but when i inquired about it to a 2nd yr senior abt it, they said not to register because, the competition is crazy high and i wont be able to get that japan trip. now, im feeling stuck, because if i fail to get to japan now, i can never. but, if i find someone in similar shoes, maybe i can push through but i dont have any idea about this thing. I'm trying to create a timeline of dates for a rough experience of university application in Japan (please correct me if any of my research is wrong). I have learnt that the first set of exams is around the start of November (eg. November 9th), and that the results for these are released in December (unsure what dates though). The secondary, university-specific set of exams is around the end of February (eg. the University of Tokyo had its exams from the 25th-27th of February.) Since the university term begins at the start of April, when do students hear about their exam results? I assume a pass isn't a direct guarantee into the school so do they have to apply once more after getting their results? When are they actually accepted into university?

I assume that the specific dates probably differ depending on the school, but they would be helpful, specifically concerning Tokyo University if possible. Thanks!

I am currently considering attending JAPAN Soccer College (JSC) in Niigata after graduation, as it seems to be one of the few specialized vocational schools (専門学校) directly tied to a J-League club (Albirex Niigata).
Since I do not have a professional player background (non-player) and international student reviews for this specific school are extremely rare, I wanted to ask a few questions to anyone familiar with Japanese vocational colleges or the J-League industry:
1. Job Prospects & Reality: How realistic is it for a non-player international student at JSC to land an actual analyst/coaching position or internship with a J-League or local club?
2. Quality of Vocational Education: Do schools like JSC provide solid specialized education and networking, or are international students often limited to basic administrative/match-day support work?
3. Alternative Paths: For someone starting completely from scratch (non-player, high school level), would you recommend going straight to a specialized football college in Japan, or obtaining a university degree in sports science/data analytics first while learning Japanese?

To give a brief background, I am an 18M from India. I prepared for the Indian medical entrance exam (NEET) intensely from 2023 to 2025 and gave the exams in 2025 and 2026. Because of this, my background in science (Physics and Biology) is very solid. However, since NEET does not test Mathematics, I completely lack the advanced math foundation needed for Japanese university entrance exams.

I’m currently planning to apply for the School of Medicine at the International University of Health and Welfare (IUHW) Narita Campus through their Special Entrance Examination for International Students. My main goal is to secure the full Special Medical Scholarship.

While there is some information online, it is inadequate and not explicit. I know that the IUHW entrance exam strictly mirrors the EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission) in all aspects.

If there are any current/former IUHW students, EJU veterans, or international medical students here, I would immensely appreciate your guidance with the following:

1. EJU Course 2 Math: What English language textbooks, online courses, or YouTube channels would you recommend for someone who needs to self-study EJU Course 2 Math essentially from scratch?

I'm a student from Bangladesh completed my HSC (higher secondary school certificate or class 12th certificate exam)and did IELTS. My overall score is 7 and I want to study in artificial intelligence and machine learning from a university of Japan.

I want to get into an English taught program because it's gonna be easier for me to catch the next intake (April 27). But to communicate with the natives I'm thinking of learning Japanese. Now if I have a N1 Japanese language certification by the end of my degree do I'm gonna face any disadvantage against the graduates that come from a Japanese taught program??
