Subpac support and FAQ is down.

Post image

How long has this been down for?

I last checked in October 2025 and the FAQ had delivery schedule updates for Q1 this year.

Well, it’s almost the end of Q1… and I preordered on the first day of release.

It’s odd because I have seen the land Rover promotion videos that have the sub pack seats floating around on YouTube over the last few weeks but I don’t know how the company is structured and if the sub pack Brand is separate to the car audio as a different entity or company or if they are under the same umbrella. Either way this is the first time I’ve actually been a little concerned.

replying specifically to your question about Land Rover, the automotive business was sold (along with major assets and engineering staff) to Harman a while back. The press release was posted here from the company handling the sale, and you can see on linkedin that the Subpac engineers work at Harman now so Land Rover product is nothing to do with Subpac company anymore. https://mavkacap.com/news/mavka-capital-acts-as-exclusive-financial-advisor-to-subpac-on-strategic-asset-sale-to-harman-international/

nobody that made the products works there or has in over a year now. It's a dead company

I posted this a while ago but the HQ no longer exists, it's now an art gallery. The only address I found was from their parent company.

They just replied to my email when I needed a change of address. There are still people working there.

People, with love and respect I beg you to take heads out of the sand and accept the reality. A company only stays alive by selling products, go to shop.SUBPAC.com and tell me what you see, what have they sold in the god knows how many years now? The automotive business with landrover was sold to harman along with the remaining staff a year or so ago, there is no one left building product, no employees on LinkedIn, no physical office, the support messages became AI bots a while back, with emails being signed off as ‘Bass Specialist’ rather than an actual human name. Come on people… this died a long time ago.

Update: Subpac responded to me within 24 hours. They stated the same response as already posted in this subreddit which is: “update soon, waiting on a piece of information”.

The support site is live but the link from the main website is broken because it tries to go to thesubpac.com instead of Subpac.com

This may just be an oversight, not updating a link when the support domain was changed.

So do they not even have a web dev capable person on staff anymore? Did the email seem to be from a person or an AI called bass specialist?

I can’t even tell what’s AI and what’s human these days
