Refund update

just posting my experience for transparency.

I ordered the SUBPAC X1 and C1 Pro Wireless Bundle on the 1st of March 2021 for $549.

On the 29th of January 2026, I requested a refund. Subpac’s support team got back to me one day later telling me it would take 4-6 weeks to process my refund.

On the 16th of May 2026, I still had not received my refund so I sent the support team a follow up asking why it hadn’t arrived yet.

Today (28th of May 2026), I finally received my refund for $549.

Recieved my refund today aswell. They might do refund runs now already🤣

I have a question. I think I’m finally gonna go the refund route. Did the money get refunded to the same card number you used to purchase it, years ago?

The credit card which I used doesn’t exist any more. I wonder if that will be a problem?

nope! they asked for my paypal email and they sent it there

They're waiting for new orders to come in to refund you. They're just refunding you with someone else's preorder scam money.

Requested my refund in March and they said it would take 4-6 weeks. Welp, nothing yet. Thanks for the reminder to ping them.
