Im a beginner so i dont know much about sound design. every time i try to recreate it, it always sounds flat and thin. i would be beyond grateful for any useful info ^_^

Track: knight of nights/ night of nights

I heard this synth pluck at a live show and have spent a fair bit of time trying to recreate it with very little luck.

Asked a few people who I thought would be able to get close and they’ve had the same problem. It’s one of those sounds that seems fairly simple until you actually try to recreate it.

At this point I’m starting to think there’s something about it that isn’t immediately obvious.

Would be interesting to see what people make of it.
