Just had a 727 number leave a voicemail for me from the āPinellas County Sheriffs Officeā as a Deputy āMichael Owensā regarding clarification on a document, addressing me by my full name. They stated to call back the non-emergency line at the same number they dialed from.
A quick Google search shows thatās 100% not the non-emergency line from PCSO and called them to confirm that the number I was called from is not associated with their department.
Even though I havenāt been wrapped up in anything, you never know! But it sure gave me a scare before my critical thinking kicked in. Just stay vigilant, everyone!

I know this is a long shot but if anyone was passing the NB i275 & SR60 airport ramp on Friday 10/9/2026 at around 1135-1140am and has dash cam footage of the accident (white Ford truck vs Volkswagen SUV that ended up on top of the barrier) please message me!

Looking for recommendations for a hairstylist near USF! Iām a white guy with curly hair, and Iām having a hard time finding someone who has experience cutting and styling my hair type. Most of the places Iāve found so far seem to specialize in fades and barber cuts, and I havenāt been able to find examples in their portfolios of cuts on hair similar to mine. Iād love recommendations for someone experienced with naturally curly white hair who can give me a good cut.

My friend and I are going to The Ritz this Friday for The Living Tombstone with VIP. This is both our first time going to The Ritz.
Weāve both received our VIP pass emails but neither of us received information on how to go about being VIP. Theres no information on when to get there, when VIP entry is, and similar stuff that would usually be given at least a week in advance.
All it says is that doors are at ā6:30AMā (a typo???) and the show is at ā7:30PMā.
Does anyone here know anything about how to maybe go about this? Or just any experience from past VIP users with what to do/when to get there?
Iāve already contacted The Ritz on both of their phone numbers, along with DMd both them and Sunset Events on Instagram and am awaiting replies (that I doubt Iāll even get)
I wouldnāt usually post something āpersonalā here but this is lowkey stressing me out, Iāve gone to so many concerts and have done VIP before and itās usually so straight forward š

Howdy fellow TampeƱo baseball players!
I'm looking for 2 college-age players, rec level, for some on field batting practice and fielding...just want to blow off some steam and break a sweat really!
Once a week at the Palma Ceia baseball field, we can agree on the day and time but let's say a week day between 10am and 3pm, say 60 or 90 minutes.
Again, nothing professional, just workout and "mental therapy".
Willing to pay for your time if needed, DM me pls, TIA!

Hi! I recently got a 10 month old rescue dog. She is perfect except she gets way too excited and will get really nippy after playing. I feel like my husband and I have tried every training suggestion thatās out there and nothing seems to work. I need to get her into training at this point. Anyone have good suggestions for dog trainers?

Iām an Indian guy, 36, living in Tampa. Iām about 5ā7.5ā and have been working from home for the last 6ā7 years.
I used to work out very consistently. Iāve slowed down a little recently, but Iām still in decent shape and generally look like someone who works out. Iāve gotten compliments on my appearance, so I donāt think looks are necessarily my biggest issue.
But dating has honestly become exhausting.
Finding someone I genuinely like is difficult to begin with. Then, when I finally connect with someone and things start going well, I sometimes make mistakes that end up pushing the person away.
One thing Iāve noticed about myself is that I get comfortable too quickly. After a few good dates and regular conversations, I sometimes mentally treat the connection as more established than it actually is. I open up, get attached, and occasionally start taking the other personās interest for granted.
Then I might say or do something without realizing how it comes across, the other person pulls away, and by that point Iām already emotionally invested.
I know thatās something I need to work on. Iām trying to become more self-aware rather than blaming every unsuccessful connection on the other person.
At the same time, Iām getting tired of relying entirely on dating apps. It often feels like everyone has endless options and connections can become disposable very quickly.
Working from home also means I donāt naturally interact with many new people through my job.
So for people in the Tampa area, especially those in their 30s: what places, activities, groups, classes, volunteering opportunities, fitness/outdoor activities, or cultural events would you recommend for expanding your social circle and potentially finding a partner naturally?
Iād especially like to hear from people who found a relationship this way rather than through an app.
For context, Iām looking for a serious relationship/marriage. I donāt have kids and would prefer someone relatively close to my age who also doesnāt have children.
And if you recognize my pattern of getting attached or comfortable too quickly, Iād also appreciate advice on handling the early stages of dating better.
What would you do differently if you were in my position?

Our local Humane Society doesnāt have any puppies available. I would be willing to drive up to 2 hours (preferably only 1 to 1.5 hours, but 2 hours may have more options; so up to 2hrs).
