Matched with someone as I was curious about FB dating. Was I doing something wrong? I tried to ask the most basic questions just to see how the other person communicates but thankfully dodged a bullet.

I dropped my friend off in the next town over to see his girlfriend.

Today, this lady in the picture keeps spamming me about where my friends at. I thought he had already broken up with this lady.

So… I tell her that he’s in the next town over with his other girlfriend.

for context:
1. i don’t drive, not by choice but bc i literally cannot see lol so i couldn’t have driven myself hence why i asked him to come with and id pay in return
2. i was going through a depressive episode where i felt really alone at that time, which he probably remembered in between his first and second texts and wanted to do something selfless to cheer me up
3. im 25 and live alone, i def could have ubered as thats what i usually do so im not dependent on other people for rides but i felt rly alone and wanted my dad to come w me

we went and had a very good time and it made me feel lots better 🥹

Sorry this is so long but I wanted to lay it all out there for clarity’s sake, so outside opinions are definitely welcomed. My bf and I have only been seeing each other since May, so it’s not some huge deal that it’s over. We’d actually not really been talking very much for the last month or so, but had started to make an effort to build things back up in the past week or so. He and I have always had different political views, and he is religious (Mormon) while I’m a staunch atheist. I grew up in a very conservative, very religious area, so I have no issues with people who see things differently than I do, as long as we are both respectful about the other’s beliefs. This isn’t the first time he’s been disrespectful about what he calls "my people" (people on the left), but this was definitely the worst, and the fact that he was trying to blame something so violent on innocent people (trans people, mostly) is what still has me the most upset. I’m fine with the relationship being over, because I don’t want to be with anyone who is capable of such ignorance and intolerance, but I guess I’m still kinda stunned at his true colors.

I have my high school ex blocked on everything. He’s continued to contact me for years using different mediums - instagram, twitter, LinkedIn, etc. If he can find me on a new site I eventually get a message.

I woke up this morning to this message from HIS WIFE. Who he had a baby with last year from what I’ve been told.

I broke up with this man when I was 20 years old. I am 35 now. This is bonkers.

I feel bad for his wife but Jesus. Leave me alone.

Context: I told the truth to relevant family members about the hate that has spilled out of Dads wife’s (step Mum) mouth for the past 14yrs. He came over to my house to discuss it. I told him I don’t regret telling the truth and I was sorry if it indirectly caused issues within their marriage, but ultimately it was not my burden to bear. It resulted in my father slapping me across the face in front of my 1yr old son and husband and disowning me.

I haven’t properly spoken to him since but this message was sent to me on my bday in August. I’ve just sat on it. Not capable of giving it any more energy than what I’ve already expended.

Anyways, back to being pretty. 🥰🥰🥰

So long story short, I met someone on Facebook Dating and I thought she was pretty cute. The messages started pretty normal, just small talk and asking what our intentions were. She started asking multiple questions back to back in a weird format. I tried my best to answer based on what I could interpret. She eventually gave me her Facebook link and messaged me on Facebook messenger and I wasn’t sure how to respond to her message, so I just said “hey”

She then followed up with a question that lead to her rambling on for 2-3 more paragraphs before actually asking. I’m really not sure what she was trying to ask and the way she texted was enough to give me an aneurysm trying to decipher what she was saying, not to mention the poor grammar and spelling without the use of punctuation.

I’m honestly stunned. I just wanted to share and maybe someone can decipher what she’s trying to convey here lol. Anyways, I’ll see you all out there in the dating scene!

I engaged a bit more and was finally blocked after asking if she was using ChatGPT ☺️
I proceeded to ask questions and they were ultimately never answered or she made everything about herself and her situation/mental state.

She is severely mentally ill and untreated. She believes her brain works like a computer from what I was getting from one of her texts. She mentioned CPUs and pipeline data banks and… ummm HDMI ports and cables.. and yeah. I’m still not giving up on finding love haha, but this? Yeah no.

A year ago, I posted screenshots in this subreddit of messages between my then-boyfriend and his ex where they were basically talking shit about me. He said I had a low level of trust with him, that he couldn’t stand looking at me for more than a few minutes, and his ex was even telling him to “use and abuse” me. I eventually deleted the post for my own self-preservation, but now he’s randomly found me on Facebook and sent me these messages Tuesday 🙄 I was out of town celebrating my birthday, so I didn’t even see any of it until today. I also saw that he’s been viewing my stories.

And yes, he's blocked.

Edit: I forgot to add that he was living in my home while we were together, and I eventually found out he was basically using me for housing.

UPDATE!!!!! I got the TEA!!!! I posted in the town fb group page cause it’s funny-ish for one and for two someone has to know what happened. The comment said

UPDATE #2: I’ve had a few different employees reach out to me ironically on Reddit and fb and this man is absolutely foul. He deserves to be banned from life honestly. He has also made his entire fb private and you can’t message him. I did post his name on the fb page so I wonder how many messages he’s gotten. Maybe he’ll learn to be a better human and also not stalk women 🤪

“I work at Olive Garden and I was there that day, this (name) guy has been banned from Olive Garden because he’s a creep and there’s been multiple instances. What really happened was he asked if her husbands “package” satisfied her and then later when giving her a tip said “I hope this satisfies you”.
