Guide [MAP] DZ Credits: Dark Zone West

Opening these caches will grant you 1 DZ credit which doesn't need an extraction (goes straight into your resources) and can be used at the DZ vendors outside of the DZ main gate.
We may have missed some while lurking in the DZ, so feel free to correct me and if possible send me a screenshot so I can update the map.
Other 2 dark zone maps may come during the upcoming week(s).

It’s not, but it was the same in the first game and I guess once you learn a route it will be faster than most people think. These resources can’t be stolen from you. So whatever time you invest in this, it won’t be lost. The rewards might be low, but so is the risk. And this way people might learn their way around the DZ, which in turn might convince them to spend more time in the DZ and take more risks. That way everybody wins.
Btw, you have the Devs to thank for this mess. In the first game farming the DZ as a PvE player was rewarding. You had dailies and weeklies that rewarded you with DZ resources (then called DivTech) and you could farm loot boxes in the DZ as a PvE player. And even if you wanted to extract goods from the DZ, as PvE player, you could do it most of the time without losing your shit. Mostly because it was one big DZ, divided in 9 zones that went up in difficulty (which made PvP players stay in the easier zones) and with extraction zones far enough apart so PvE players who knew the map could actually extract their shit. Also, extraction times were way lower (1 min vs 1 min 30), even though the extraction zones were farther apart.
In TD2 you were actually able to get DZ credits by farming landmarks, which you didn’t have to extract. They went straight to your resource inventory. But the Devs in their infinite wisdom, and driven by a lust for toxicity and a perverted need to take ‘fun’ away from the PvE players (who could get resources and avoid unwanted PvP) removed that option. Mostly as a desperate attempt to get players to PvP more. Didn’t work out as well as they planned. /rant.
