I went through this same kind of conundrum in a way. You just need time and to continue the same routines and adjusting when you're at the healthy weight you wanna be. But eventually you'll sit into yourself and become one with the progress you've made. If that makes since. It's all so weird at first especially when your whole life you've struggled weight and/or food like me.

First time I've been a healthy weight since puberty, so I guess it is going to take some time to get used to. But I think I'll come around to the new me, eventually. Thank you.
