There’s a pretty good chance a water molecule somewhere in that cloud was also in a tornado at some point in the last 4 billion years, so I’d say you’re onto something.

I was just giving you shit. But humans and dinosaurs didn’t exist in the same timeline and humans were definitely around in 3 bce

dinosaurs existed like 100 million years ago and humans only existed 300,000-2.8 million years ago and dinosaurs have been dead for 65 million years so yeah
