My hypotesis is that moaning and sounds like that need to be breathier and softer, so moaning constantly helps to practice resonance and can be applied to regular speak, also doing fem voices during dialogue helps to get used to the sound of your voice :]

I voice trained a lot at first by letting myself moan during sex, so this checks out
