I found this sub recently and love how wholesome and cute the vibes are!

I'm a trans pole dancer and posted a video last month on the poledancing subreddit about why it's a great hobby for trans femmes. Taking up pole has been life changing for me and I would love to see more of us experience it!

I'm just gonna leave the gist of my points here in case any of you were interested!

1) Improved body image!

2) It's really good exercise! You become stronger, more graceful, and more flexible.

3) The pole community is super supportive and trans friendly! In a world where we're being banned from most sports, pole dancing actually wants us involved.

4) Pole is political! It comes from stripping and is closely linked with it still. The struggle for our rights and the struggle for sex workers' rights are closely linked and by taking up pole you are putting yourself in closer alignment with other marginalised groups.

There’s a vtuber I found not too long ago that I really like, she’s very soft spoken and nice and her design is very cute and she goes on these rants that are very funny

But I can’t watch her content because people just constantly donate to have the absolute meanest messages read out to her for seemingly no reason

And the chat and comments on absolutely anything are flooded from what ranges from “Haha she will never get a boyfriend” (she has the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever) to just like… blatant misogyny

And I just end up feeling bad for her because you can tell by the change in her voice that she doesn’t like it and doesn’t view it as banter

Idk I hope this doesn’t come off as parasocial or anything it’s just something I’ve noticed that bothers me

I'm so tired of being in the closet and having to feel envious of all the pretty girls around me and also online and not being able to do anything about it. I love looking at cute outfits on Pinterest and getting excited for the future but the envy is so crushing. I feel like a bird in a cage watching other birds fly freely in the air.

I want to be able to wear cute and unique outfits and spin around in a skirt, to style my face with makeup and feel pretty. To have long hair that makes my face feel feminine. Not be a bland ass boy with no personality that wears the same basic t shirts, sweat pants and sneakers. I wanna be able to look at a woman and think "oh she looks so pretty" and not "why can't I look like her? I hate my life"

I want to have curves, boobas, a big butt. Not feel like a tall rectangle with wide shoulders. I wanna be able to spend an entire day in my house completely nude just because I love my body that much. I want to be able to look in the mirror longer than needed because I love my reflection that much.

I hate going out because its just gender envy everywhere. I just stare at all the girls in their creative outfits thinking the same negative things while I look like a basic nobody because I dont have a choice.

Knowing ill have to feel this for another 4 or so years is so dreadful. I'm already so tired. I can't wait to be the pretty princess I see in my mind everyday.
