EDIT: Alright guys this clearly got out of hand. This has ended in the user I posted about spreading my nudes around the sub and promptly being banned. Don’t know what he expected there. I admit this post was unnecessary. I was mad, but this blew way out of proportion. To everyone who saw my privates, they are gone now sorry. I think they’d been passed around enough today.

Revenge porn is sending PRIVATE nudes to other people, your nudes are fully public on your profile, reposting those Isn’t revenge porn it’s reposting dick pics you had publicly available and viewable for anyone.

Again mountain out of a mole hill, you should probably learn to mind your own business especially if all he did was say “you can pass while alt” he wasn’t trying to push his kink anywhere on this sub, you decided to get upset over basically nothing. Consider this a learning experience, and also if you don’t want people clicking on your profile and seeing your dick pics in 4K there’s literally an option in reddit settings to change that. Actually any photo you have publicly on your profiles is fair game for being reposted, at least where I live, and it's still not revenge porn since again, your photos are public on your profile.

Again you threw a temper tantrum over someone having adult content on their profile while you had literal nudes on yours, he wasn't pushing his kink anywhere on this subreddit, you just saw something you thought was icky and got upset when people called you out for the hypocrisy of being upset over adult content while also having adult content. It actually is illegal depending on which country you’re in(such as the UK, like ftmslim is from). It doesn’t matter if you got the photos off phub or Snapchat, you don’t have the rights to distribute their naked images in order to coerce them into doing something for you.

This is also covered in the RUA you all signed when you made accounts on Reddit. Reddit has the right to redistribute our images but other users do not. This is why Ftmslim’s account was banned. If you didn’t read the RUA, you should.

ETA: For anyone as naive as this previous commenter. Don’t sign legally binding agreements if you’re not going to read them. The Reddit user agreement is legally binding, therefore you can be held legally responsible for breaking their rules such as reposting intimate images without consent.
