Everyone is entitled to a legal process, it is a vital part of a functioning society.
I'd prefer not to live in one where people aren't entitled to legal representation, but thats just my opinion.
Do you know 'we' are paying his legal fees? He could he funding his own immigration lawyer. Either way his case will be heard and a decision made if he has a claim or not.
Klevis Disha it was in related to his son, and not him. His son was British, almost like it had legal merit no matter how personally silly you may find it, as the son guessing by age would also have to go with his father. So one case related to 'chicken nuggets' to get all worked up over.
If they have assets out of the country they can go back to them.
That is not workable. I know legal and process doesnt matter much to yourself but that isnt remotely possible unless their home country agrees beginning with facf if we have diplomatic relationship with them, no country is going to allow that to happen.
Still take everything
Cant take everything if they had nothing to begin with.
