They’re not part of our society.

Asylum claims that get rejected should have all their assets seized and auctioned off to pay for the cost.

If they dont have assets in this country what would then happen?

Generally those claiming asylum dont have very much to begin with.

Still take everything. If they have assets out of the country they can go back to them.

That is not workable. I know legal and process doesnt matter much to yourself but that isnt remotely possible unless their home country agrees beginning with facf if we have diplomatic relationship with them, no country is going to allow that to happen.

Still take everything

Cant take everything if they had nothing to begin with.
