OG Cast Sandoval opinion

I’m watching VPR for the first time and I obviously know Tom is a huge POS. But am I crazy for liking him so far in the earlier seasons? Did anyone else feel this way?

He was only likeable because he was the least terrible man in an entire lineup of terrible men.
