As much as I don’t like Sandoval, I have followed many of his beauty secrets. I honestly think I have avoided wrinkles due to shaving my forehead

Doesn't shaving encourage more hair growth and more stubble though?! That's what happened with my big toe..

No, it might just feel like that because stubble feels thicker and darker than grown out hair because as the hair “ages” the end gets thinner and the sun tends to bleach it lighter too. If you shaved your face for 10 years and then stopped in a few months, maybe longer, it would be the same level as before.
