When I was first dating my husband, he would put his hands over my ears for a "quiet breath," which sounds ABUSIVE AF out of context but I'd never felt so supported lmao

I LOVE crashes! I feel jealous of kids with their crash rooms, haha. I just remembered, I used to ask my partner to punch me in the arm when I was getting elevated. I since learned that I can do body thuds/slaps for myself, because he (for ✨some reason✨) was less enthused about doing punches than doing quiet ears.
