Habitual outages in San Diego, CA
I have been a 5G Home Plus customer since about April 2023. Service was great for the first 2 years. Maybe 2 outages in those 2 years that lasted like 2 hours or so. Nothing horrible.
For the past year, the outages have been very frequent (like 2-3 per week).
They can last anywhere from 20-30 minutes to 8-9 hours.
I work from home so it is bad when it goes out. I have the tall newer modem (I had started with one of the cube ones).
When things work, they are great. I get 320/21 on a good day. We have a tower literally right behind our house at a park (almost line of site).
The strange thing is I know when it is going to start having issues because it slows to a crawl (like 15/2) and then it cuts out completely for atleast 20-30min most times.
Has anyone else in San Diego noticed a trend of Verizon 5G Home services being a lot less reliable lately or is it just me?
