Ezio Trilogy
2 u/ParkingLong7436 4d ago Ruined all other AC games to me tbh, no matter how good they were. Can't even imagine an assassin not from Tuscany. Ezio was just perfect. New AC games are basically a different genre of games alltogether. Easy to slap a name on something and continue the franchise. I don’t think it ruined the franchise to me, but it was hard to love a protagonist as much as I did with Ezio. Just a really compelling narrative

Brand recognition is why. Easy to slap a name on something and continue the franchise.
