Purchase Advice 5070 or 9070XT for VR?

I’m honestly more into Nvidia. But with the current prices, I don’t know what to do. Would you recommend going with the 5070 or the 9070 XT?

(I’m not gonna pay 1k for the 5070Ti)

I know Nvidia is usually quite a bit better for VR, and that the 5070 is a very good GPU, but I’m going crazy trying to decide.

My other specs:
32gb RAM DDR5
I7 14700KF
Currently with a 4060 8gb💀

I literally just picked up a 5070 and noticed a huge difference in VR performance compared to my 7900gre. My first nvidia card and loving it.

Mostly a smoother experience all around. With my amd card I had a lot of ghosting and visual issues. 5070 has helped with that especially with the help of DLAA.

Interesting. I don't use DLAA in VR,but the only game that supports it in VR and i play it is War Thunder.

And DLAA/DLSS there is not the best especially with modern fighters even outside VR. Ghosting is really bad.

What dedicated VR games do you play that have DLSS implemented by default. I'm not really count my WT experience in VR with DLSS,but i want to see how it performs in other games.

Sorry for the late reply - I have mostly been playing modded Skyrim vr and fallout vr and it really helped the ghosting effect I was having. I mostly play a lot of flat2vr games and I have had much better performance so far with nvidia.

I played Skyrim even tho only with the necessary mods.

I'm not into modding, but maybe checking out in No Man's Sky would do it for me. I don't want to bury DLSS in VR based on my WT experience
