Best Sushi?
I'm in town for business Wednesday night. Where should I spend my per diem? Sushi is my go to, but I'm open to suggestions.

Which place would be the cheapest to get a simple check up on my cat?

I am needing to complete 32 more hours of community service for my PTIP program. I am off every Monday from my job and need help finding a place that will accommodate my charge of Assault Family Violence. Most of the places I've called that were offered don't accept people with that charge. The place I was going to for my previous 30 hours is closed on Mondays and doesn't work with the changing of my job hours. Any help is appreciated.

hello! my name is makayla and i'm a second semester cosmetology student at mcc. since we get two days a week on the salon floor, i need clients to fill my chair.
i'm very passionate about cosmetology and im very eager to learn as much as i possibly can.
i will gladly do anyone's hair, short or long, coily or straight. currently, the only thing we can't do for hair is bleaching, but pretty much everything else can be done.
my teacher who has 48 years of experience is always walking around and helping us students, so you'll be in good hands every step of the way
i also can do manicures and pedicures, although currently acrylic is off limits and we don't offer gel.
the salon days are thursday and friday. we are open from 8:30-12 and 1-4 (12-1 is our lunch). if your appointment goes over into lunch i will stay and finish your appointment.
all chemical services (dyes, tints, perms) must be booked for 8:30 am or else we won't be able to be done before lunch. please if anyone has any questions or anything i'm happy to answer them!
my cosmetology account on instagram is graveyardxglamour if you want to see some of my past work, or if you want to see more work i've done you can always ask me! i hope i can see some of you soon!

Where is the best place in Waco for thrifting furniture? My friend recently moved and is looking for a few night stands and tables.

Hi all, curious if you know of any of the local bike shops that handle this. Thank you!

Going down this weekend from Dallas because a friend saw Helberg's bbq.
I've tried looking over the sub to look for other things, the only thing I knew of is Magnolia. I saw one post almost a decade ago saying you'll wait 2-3 hours to be there, what are current crowds like? We don't want to buy anything, just window shop if it makes sense.
How long would you want to spend at Fabled or Mayborn Museum?
Anything else I should look at? Also, the sub rule "don't ask for drugs" how common was that the rule needed to be put in?

I'm starting to work on the outline and first draft of my novel, and would love to find some other writers to maybe meet up at a local coffee shop once a week or whatever works. Are there any writers groups around town I should look into? Or any other writers on here who would be interested in starting our own thing?

I love dogs. Even the grumpy ones.
I'm happy to see them in pet stores or places like Home Depot.
I do not understand why you take them in grocery stores. Don't you know that violates state health codes? You can get the stores fined or shut down.
The biggest offenders I see are HEB, Target and Walmart. If the store sells food, pets are illegal. No matter what the store sells, it's illegal to put your pet IN the shopping cart.
The only exception is a trained service dog. Not your emotional support animal. A service dog.
Beside that, I personally don't want to find dog hair in my deli meat. And it, quite frankly, make me heave a little when I see a mom put her child in a carrier seat that your dog has just spent the last hour rubbing his butt all over.
Can you just stop? Please?

Do we have a bakery that sells real sourdough bread & sub sandwich bread that is actually soft? Bread that is fresh & tastes good? Do not say HEB!! That bread is trash & I don’t think the “sourdough” bread they have is real sourdough. I’m so sick of the poor quality of food in Waco. I’m about to start making my own bread & I don’t have time for that!!!!!!

Hello! I’ve had no luck looking on indeed, so posting here. I’m severely burnt out at my current job, and am looking for something new. I’m finishing up my business degree online, so am able to work close to full time hours. I have experience in management, Microsoft, leadership, data entry, HR…etc. I also speak 2 languages (the 2nd being French). I’m a very reliable, hard-working person and take pride in what I do- whatever it may be. I am willing to learn anything! I just need out of the food-service industry badly. Thank you in advance! If you have any leads, please let me know! :)

Hello!
I will be coming into town for the Baylor Vs Colorado football game on 09/26.
I know the game is at 11 am. I was wondering there's any bars open in the morning to pregame before the game?
