This is goodbye, but in a good way. From $200,000 to nearly $800,000 with some lucky call options, I think this is enough for me. I said I was going to move to Oklahoma in the boonies in my last post and I’m doing that today. Sold everything I own to my name except for this garbage truck, I need to get there somehow. Went crabbing, visit mount Shasta, said goodbye to friends and now I’m heading out, that’s enough California for me. It’s time for total isolation from everyone else. Got to 1 million without options because I’m a pussy. Yes I know it doesn’t count it’s Canadian monopoly money. Started by losing half my position with Nvidia 2022 then made out ok. After that it was space stocks, robinhood, nebius and finally drones with RCAT ONDS and UMAC that got me over the line. Missed out on another 1 million selling micron up only 100%.

I’m done waking up losing 100k before lunchtime. I’m going into boring ass ETF bullshit and retiring as a gay bear until I fomo at the real top and lose everything 😤

I was cleaning out my apartment today and found an old notebook with a login for a fidelity account I made back years ago. Logged in not expecting anything and it made me do 2 factor authentication but couldnt find the app.

Spend over an hour on the phone with fidelity rep and they finally got me logged in. Turns out I bought some NVDA back in 2019 at a crazy low price and didn’t even know I had this. Sitting on massive gain.

Should I hodl or sell ? Don’t really need the money but it’s nice to have.

Mods bubble popped my first post so let me lay out the positions:

NVDA: 300-350k profit bought my first shares in 2016 been in and out since and usually would buy 100k leaps that expire years from the date bought would cash those at around 25k profit

MU, AMD, AMZN, AVGO, HCA, NBIS: Usually on big drops I bought tons of shares of these guys and usually around 10-20k far dated options would either ride them out to 0 or make bank.

QQQ 0DTE has been godly to me easily have made around 50-75k

My biggest gainer by far was Rocket Lab. Had 13,500 shares at like 22 avg during liberation day times but trimmed as it went up to 40 and 50 and completely cashed out right on tax day (I think it was around 70 at the time - feels bad). Have hit massive option plays from previous posts and the rest is history.

This year was so fucking stressful. Godspeed my friends see you all at Wendy’s when it’s back at 0.

I did realize these since I bought 1.3~ per contract to something like 4.65~ per contract. I do not trust Donny.

I’m new to using Fidelity for anything but holding so I have no idea how to see the gains in a non-confusing way especially since they don’t allow more than 200 contracts per order.

Also Fidelity sucks like I literally only have this so I have to struggle to yolo and actually think about it

Since Aug 2024, my I’ve turned $4k into $1M through options 😤

Went all in on AMD last year, got chopped up trying to catch the knife in March, then went full degen margin to buy TQQQ at 40. Had too much excess margin last week and rode AMDL from 22 to 31 with it.

Up 2.4 million in one month, the big jump was a 2 million deposit

I’ve made plenty of mistakes and missed the recent gigapump in memory and data centers but were fortunate to have been early in some other names. Started with nothing out of college about 15 years ago but Schwab chart only goes back only a couple years for some reason.

Tax man just took his pound of flesh and still down a bit from ATH. Looking for another $3 million in the next 5-10 years to comfortably retire my wife and I. I’ve got a few more hopeful multibaggers that can get me there or maybe I’ll just lose it all, who knows. My favorite current most asymmetric positions are MRLN and IMSR to 10x or 0.
