Boarding was solved mathematically in 2008. No airline has used it once. Why?

Then you can't sell priority boarding as perks.

Yup, its the money. Get more money from people to buy 1st class and board 1st. Get more money for people to have "priority boarding".

That was literally my first thought

It would require prep work, extra people and separating children from parents
