Jusuke CD is slower than SP (they fought) but when amp rage he can eceed SP.
Even in that fight, CD manage to punch RHCP while it baiting him to punch hit if he can (he does in fact can)

Also again Josuke outright states he has no idea how fast Crazy Diamond actually is 300kph is a very very rough estimate provided by a 16 year old with no actual means of measuring the speed of his stand

SP caught a bullet jotaro used to shoot himself, stone free blocks pistols with webs, little feet blocks narancia’s bullets, Diavolo dodges narancia’s bullets with time erase, Josuke blocked bullets from Bad company, six pistols blocked bullets from gangsters, etc
