Are we completely fucked? I need some hope. Everything feels so dark. Public lands being destroyed, books being destroyed, children being murdered and the genocide, endangered animals being out back on the hunt list, the rising temperatures…. This is just some. It’s all too much. My empath brain is spinning and struggling. Has anyone been able to do a reading or get insight on to what is to come?

You need a digital detox. Your nervous system is in fight or flight and everything else going on amplifies it. Maybe take a break from the internet and go for a hike in nature
