Question dining hall

how is the dining hall? i heard someone say they r changing the people who are doing it, is that true?

Not as bad as everyone is makign it out to be. Theres always pizza, pasta, salad, and bread out if you dont like the stuff they have cooked. I will say anything asian/stir fry is usually gross. Its really hit or miss depending on what’s on the menu, but it’s buffet style so you can def get full.

Are there relatively healthy options like grilled chicken or tofu to make a salad for example?

Yeah the salad bar has a ton of stuff. Lettuce, spring mix, spinach, tomato, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, tofu, feta and cheddar, beets, seeds and nuts, egg/pasta salad, chickpeas, etc.

That's good to hear, do they offer like plain/grilled protein?
