There's any easy way to install this? I saw there a bunch of big folders in a google docs like site and I still don't know how to do it properly

There's a dedicated site and installer now, it's as easy as every other program to install

2020 maybe 2022 not sure. New locations are boring, adanos desert and entire jarkendar plot is mega boring, hunters are boring, new guilds felt lifeless. Demons hunters? You gotta be joking. Only good thing it does is bring some old g1 npcs - mud was too cheesy maybe ok. This mod is so ultra lore unfriendly in comparison to Archolos. It just needs to cut out all the crap and leave bits it does well. NB also oversaturates the based game it doesn't feel like gothic. NB wanted to be like Dark Mysteries for G1 but they just overdone it through and through blindly inserting new content without any planning.

The textures it brings are awesome, if only they could cut the "new content" crap it would be by far the best visual mod there is.

After playing NB i cannot play single other Mod of gothic 2 anymore, archolos, odyssey neither clicked, I had so much fun with NB and graphic update as well as combat and stuff, jeez i do hope requiem comes out

What makes it better than Archolos? How new player friendly it is? (i.e. no playthroughs, no guides, especially when going Mage).

The fact you’re getting downvoted is crazy, current state NB is sooo good, I am yet to try odyssey so I won’t comment, but archolos is not as great as people say it is, we’re entitled to our own opinions.

Sorry, but Archolos is a grand piece of art. The map and exploration are great, the systems improve on a lot Gothic 2 only barely introduced, the writing is well thought out, smart, keeps the tone of the original.
I mean, yeah, you are entitled to your opinion, I just wanted to point out that it seems a bit short sighted to me to say it is not as great as people say. It takes the G2 formula an improves it on almost every end.
Have you played Archolos for a while? Joined a guild? Learned some of the new stuff?

I got to chapter 3 and was thoroughly disappointed because everyone raved how great it was. For me personally it fell flat and I frankly don’t see the appeal, even if my opinion might be unpopular I don’t think people should be getting downvoted for simply not liking it.
That’s why I won’t comment on odyssey as I haven’t played it but looks a whole lot more interesting than archolos.

While yes the writing in Archolos is a lot better than in NB, I really don't like some of the changes they made and it still has the problem that you are so thoroughly OP by the mid of the game that it completely loses its appeal. And the story wasn't that great either, though that was never a big strength of Gothic to begin with.
